Improving Work-Life/Family Balance

I am so impressed with the working couples that I encounter these days who are dedicated to being the best Mom or the best Dad they can be. They also are dedicated to moving their careers along and hoping to have some fun along with it. The problem is, that very often they run out of time for themselves. They are worried about being too selfish. Taking care of yourself as a Mom or Dad is not selfish, it is called self-care and it is incredibly important to put some me time aside for you to unwind and recharge. There are lots of ways to achieve that, some as easy as taking out 2 minutes a couple of times a day to do some deep breathing techniques. It is amazing what this can do for you, lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, reduce stress! I have lots of strategies for you to reduce stress and as a result, increase the feelings of joy in your life!!!

Goal Setting- Setting goals gives your life and business direction and boosts your motivation and self-confidence. In our workshop, we will look at the SMART goals and Goal Execution.

Vision Setting- a vision statement is a document that states the current and future objectives of an organization. The vision statement is intended as a guide to help the organization make decisions that align with its philosophy and declared a set of goals. It can be thought of as a roadmap of where the company wants to be within a certain timeframe. In our workshop, we will use collaboration tools and brainstorming techniques to get input from everyone on the team.

Emotional Intelligence- Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relations judiciously, and empathetically.

Change Management Systems are designed to help businesses plan for a change instead of reacting to it. In our workshop, we will incorporate William Bridge’s Transition Model and adapt it to your organization.

DISC Training- DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance, Influence (I), Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
In the workshop, we will introduce the DISC assessment tool and discuss how knowing and understanding your DISC profile and that of your coworkers can help you better understand your work style and how to build more effective relationships.

Mindfulness Training-Mindfulness training is about understanding yourself and being “in the moment”. This workshop will teach your employees about Mindfulness and give them an opportunity to experience improved mindfulness. This can improve focus and have amazing health benefits as well.

Self-Hypnosis- Self-hypnosis is a form, or a process, or the result of a self-induced hypnotic state. Frequently, self-hypnosis is used as a vehicle to enhance the efficacy of self-suggestion.
In this workshop, you will experience hypnosis from a certified hypnotherapist, and then learn how to do self-hypnosis. You will learn how to Program your Mind which can Change your World. You can reduce stress, improve eating habits, increase focus, improve athletic performance, and improve your health.
